TODD HORTON

Part HR practitioner, organizational behavior specialist, and part ringleader.

Todd’s 20+ years experience across compensation, recruitment, and corporate culture have led to leading a company that works with clients closely. Perhaps it’s because he is an only child and likes affirmation; Todd is consistent with helping organizations understand their employee preferences and put them into action in measurable ways.

After studying organizational behavior as part of his MBA at Yale, Todd learned how large organizations operate and grew to understand that every organization has its own culture, norms, and style. He leads the company’s direction into the future of HR.

Todd has been quoted in Bloomberg, USA Today, Forbes, and other major media outlets along with speaking on topics such as Emotional Intelligence at the 2022 World at Work conference.

Recognition is the most scalable act of leadership. When we built KangoHR, our goal was to make appreciation easy, global, and impactful because when people feel valued, they stay, grow, and lead.
— Todd Horton, CEO of KangoHR
