The company was called a Brilliant Idea by Entrpreneaur Magazine and Todd has been cited in publications like Forbes, Fortune, Associated Press, and now TikTik on workplace trends. His Yale MBA focused on organizational behavior and his time living oversees sparked his interest in communication methods. He is on track to receive his SHRM-SCP certification in December, 2025.
