Welcome to KangoHR. Our team's primary service is to operate HR programs for leaders who have a strategy, but lack resources to take over operations. In modern terminology, we combine 17 years of experience in HR with technical know-how. The result includes letting a specialist vendor like us step up to own projects.
The first step is to understand your goals and bottlenecks.
When we say understand, we mean both listening and translating your problems/challenges into processes that can be replicated for employees at scale.
We then build out the programs which may mean integrating with your HRIS, communicating to employees, and training people on our platform.
The final step is letting us manage all steps from collecting info, processing rewards, leading with support.
And most importantly freeing up your time to focus on other initiatives.
